Polyester Resins:Used as a primary polyol in saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, NPG improves durability and weathering performance.

Powder Coatings:Improves scratch resistance and surface hardness. Offers excellent flow characteristics and gloss retention.

Lubricants:Used in the synthesis of synthetic lubricants and ester oils due to its oxidative and hydrolytic stability.

Plasticizers:Acts as a building block in non-phthalate plasticizers for enhanced environmental safety and flexibility.

Polyurethane Foams:Improves mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and heat resistance in rigid polyurethane foams.

Usage Guidelines:

Handling: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use personal protective equipment in industrial handling.

Storage: Store in cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from incompatible substances like strong oxidizers.

Processing: Can be melted and directly used in esterification or polycondensation reactions with acids or anhydrides.
