    BLIT Chemical Neopentyl Glycol (NPG) is a white crystalline solid or powder with excellent thermal and chemical stability. It is a diol widely used in the manufacture of high-performance coatings, resins, and plasticizers. NPG contributes to enhanced weather resistance, hardness, and chemical resistance in polymers and surface coatings. Its unique molecular structure, with two hydroxyl groups on a quaternary carbon, makes it resistant to oxidation and hydrolysis—ideal for long-life applications.
