Dust-Free Antimony Trioxide

A dust-free product made by special surface treatment of antimony trioxide powder. After the process treatment, the powder is in a slightly wet state, which can effectively eliminate the inhalation and contact damage of dust during use, take into account high-efficiency flame retardancy and plasticization performance, provide better environmental and personnel protection for downstream production, and greatly improve the operation convenience.

The New Halogen-Free Flame Retardant LC-1401
A high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardant jointly developed by BLIT Chemical and well-known universities, a non-APP/non-MPP system. It achieves ultra-high efficiency flame retardant effect through the principle of gas phase + condensed phase joint flame retardancy, and is specially developed for PA6, PA66 and PBT engineering plastics. It has low smoke emission during combustion, significant carbon formation effect, and easily meets UL94 V-0 rating (achievable even at 0.4mm thin thickness).
Compared with traditional halogen-free flame retardant, it significantly improves the Glow-Wire Ignition Temperature (GWIT≥775°C) of materials, no precipitation under high temperature and high humidity environment, excellent color stability, weak corrosion to metal equipment during processing, effectively extending the service life of equipment and reducing production costs, meeting the stringent application requirements of high-end fields such as electronic and electrical appliances.

Antimony Trioxide Masterbatch

A granular dust-free product made by mixing antimony trioxide powder with plastic/rubber resin, fusing and pelletizing through an extruder. It solves the dust pollution problem in the use of powder, has better dispersibility and more convenient addition, can completely replace powder for flame retardant modification of plastics and rubber, and the flame retardant effect is consistent with powder with greatly improved use experience.
