BLi-T Chemical in 2026: How We Work from Product Development to Global Supply

    Release time: 2026-09-24

    September 2026

BLi-T Chemical was established in 2017, but the experience behind the company started earlier.

Members of our core team have worked in the chemical industry and international trade since 2009. Over the years, our business has gradually developed from individual chemical products and export orders into a combination of custom chemical manufacturing, international trade and chemical supply chain services.

Today, our customers come from the United States, South Korea, Turkey, Europe and many other markets.

Our Hefei office currently has a team of around 12 people working across international business, key account service, product and production coordination, quality assurance, export documentation and logistics.

Our philosophy is to provide high-quality service to our customers.

What matters more to us is whether we understand the product, whether important details are controlled, and whether someone takes responsibility for an order from the first inquiry through shipment.

That is how BLi-T Chemical has developed over the years.

A Chemical Company with More Than One Supply Model

BLi-T Chemical does not operate through only one type of supply.

A significant part of our cosmetic raw material portfolio, together with selected custom fine chemicals, is developed and produced through manufacturing programs in which our team is directly involved in product development, production coordination and quality control.

For other chemical products, we work with qualified manufacturing partners selected through our supplier evaluation system.

We think it is important to explain this clearly.

Different chemicals require different reactors, production environments, raw materials, technologies and regulatory capabilities. A broad chemical portfolio cannot realistically come from one production line or one plant.

For us, the more useful questions are different:

Where does the product come from?

    Is the manufacturing process understood?

    Is the product supply stable?

    Are the raw materials controlled?

    Can the specification be maintained?

    Can the batch be traced?

Are the required technical and export documents available?

And if something goes wrong, is there a team willing to deal with it?

This is how we look at chemical supply.

    R&D Collaboration in Hefei

BLi-T Chemical is based at Anhui University National Science Park in Hefei, China.

Our location also connects closely with the technical side of our work.

For selected cosmetic raw materials and fine chemical projects, we work with research personnel associated with Anhui University on product development, process evaluation and laboratory testing.

Laboratory resources used for this technical collaboration are located in the same building as our office, one floor above us, making sample transfer and technical communication much easier.

Some projects begin with laboratory development and sample evaluation before moving toward process optimization, scale-up and commercial production.

This is particularly useful when customers have requirements related to purity, physical properties, formulation performance or customized specifications.

We prefer to work through actual samples and test results rather than relying only on a specification sheet.

    From Samples to Commercial Production

Chemical development rarely happens in one step.

During development, different laboratory samples may be compared under different process conditions before a production route is finalized.

They are part of the actual work.

For selected projects, the process may involve:

Laboratory Development → Sample Evaluation → Process Adjustment → Production Scale-up → Batch Testing → Commercial Supply

Once a process moves into commercial production, our involvement continues through production coordination and quality review.

For us, manufacturing is not simply about whether a reactor exists.

The more important issue is whether the process can repeatedly produce the agreed product.

Quality Control Starts Before the Finished Product

Quality control is one of the areas where we spend a lot of time.

For selected manufacturing projects, quality control begins with the raw materials rather than only with the finished product.

Our team reviews incoming raw-material quality information and, where appropriate, works with the production facility on raw-material testing.

We also pay attention to production conditions and key process changes.

For important products and manufacturing partners, production processes are reviewed regularly, including annual review where applicable.

A typical quality workflow may include:

Supplier Qualification → Raw Material Review → In-process Testing → Finished Product Testing → COA Review → Retained Sample → Third-party Testing → Pre-shipment Confirmation → Batch Traceability

This is different from simply receiving a factory COA and forwarding it to the customer.

A COA is important, but we also want to understand what is behind the numbers.

Supplier Qualification Is Not a One-Time Check

Members of our team have more than ten years of experience evaluating chemical suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Supplier qualification does not end when the first order is completed.

Key suppliers are reviewed regularly, and annual re-evaluation is carried out where appropriate.

The review can involve production conditions, raw materials, quality records, testing capability, process consistency, packaging, storage and previous batch performance.

This matters particularly for products purchased repeatedly over several years.

The product name may remain the same, while the raw material source, process conditions or production environment can change.

We want to know when they do.

Third-Party Testing When It Is Needed

Not every product or shipment requires a third-party laboratory.

But when the customer, destination market or regulation requires it, third-party testing and inspection can be arranged.

A recent example is Dimethylglyoxime (DMG), for which BLi-T Chemical arranged independent SGS testing in 2026.

For the same product, transport-related hazard identification documentation was also prepared to support transportation and shipment requirements.

Besides, We also welcome customers to visit our factory and warehouse in person to collect samples and independently arrange for testing.

These are good examples of how we normally work.

We do not add third-party testing only for marketing purposes.

We use it when it answers a real technical, regulatory or customer requirement.

In other markets, requirements can be different.

For example, our international business has included CRIA-related requirements for Nigeria as well as customer-appointed SGS inspection and on-site sampling before shipment.

Product Documentation Is Part of the Supply

For our regular product portfolio, standard technical documentation normally includes:

COA, SDS/MSDS, TDS and Product Specification.

Selected products also have additional regulatory documentation.

BLi-T Chemical has worked with REACH-related products including Potassium Hydroxide, Nitromethane,GLDA and Chlorphenesin etc.

Regulatory status is handled product by product.

We do not believe it is accurate to put a general “REACH compliant” statement across an entire chemical catalogue when only selected products have the relevant registration or documentation.

For new markets, regulatory preparation can begin well before commercial development.

For example, we are currently carrying out preliminary REACH-related preparation for the future development of sodium chlorite in the European market.

    Chemical regulation is specific.

    The details matter.

Dangerous Goods Are Part of Our Daily Work

International chemical trade is not only about finding a vessel or booking a container.

For many chemicals, transportation starts with understanding their classification.

Dangerous goods handling has become one of the areas where our team has accumulated substantial practical experience.

We work with both general cargo and dangerous goods through sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, truck loading etc.

Depending on the product, the work may involve UN classification, SDS review, approved packaging, hazard labels, transport appraisal, customs-related classification documentation, dangerous goods declaration, cargo securing and shipment documentation.

For air and sea transportation, corresponding transport identification or appraisal documents can also be arranged when required.

The actual loading process matters as well.

A dangerous goods shipment may involve palletizing, stretch wrapping, hazard labels, securing belts and dunnage bags inside the container.

These small details are part of getting a chemical shipment from the factory to the customer safely and correctly.

    Physical Product Inspection Still Matters

Documentation is important, but chemicals are physical products.

For selected products and shipments, our team also carries out physical checks, sampling or packaging inspection.

One recent example involved :Although the factory provided a complete set of photos and videos showing the packaging and crating process, we still conducted an unboxing inspection and took samples of the packed products in accordance with the client’s requirements, ultimately securing their approval. This type of work is simple, but useful.

We prefer to see the actual product when necessary instead of relying entirely on paperwork.

    Batch Identification and Traceability

Commercial packaging also forms part of our quality and shipment management.

A BLi-T Chemical shipment can include product identification, batch number, production date, expiry or retest information, net weight and shipment quantity according to the product and packaging format.

This helps connect the physical goods with production and quality records.

Traceability does not need to be complicated.

But the batch on the package should be the same batch represented by the quality documents.

Besides, as long as the quantity ordered by the customer meets certain requirements,we also accommodate customer requests for custom shipping marks and packaging.

    From Production to Shipment

Our work does not end when production is finished.

Packaging, labeling, palletizing, loading, shipment documents and transportation all need to match the order.

For some products, this may be a 25 kg bag.

For others, it can be drums, IBCs, pallets, containers or bulk transportation.

Our team works with general cargo, dangerous goods, sea freight(LCL and FCL), air freight, truck loading according to the product and destination.

The photos from our daily work show this side of the business clearly: production sites, drums waiting for shipment, forklifts loading trucks, containers being secured and products moving toward export.

These are ordinary parts of chemical trading.

We firmly believe that only by ensuring absolute perfection at the source and in

every detail can we guarantee that no mishaps occur during subsequent

transportation.Supply Chain Service Grew from Customer Needs

Our supply chain business did not start as a marketing concept.

It developed because customers asked for it.

Many long-term customers initially contacted BLi-T Chemical for one specific product.

After working together, some began asking us to source additional chemicals used in their production.

Instead of purchasing several products separately from different companies, they asked us to help evaluate suppliers, confirm specifications, purchase the products and combine them into the same shipment where practical.

In these cases, the shipment may contain products from our own manufacturing programs together with chemicals sourced from qualified manufacturing partners.

Our role becomes broader than supplying one chemical.

We help coordinate part of the customer’s chemical supply chain.

That is why today we describe BLi-T Chemical through three connected areas:

    Chemical Manufacturing

    International Trade

    Supply Chain Services

    Who We Work With

Our customers include cosmetic manufacturers, water treatment companies, food manufacturers, formulators, chemical distributors, trading companies and large industrial end users.

Different customers look at the same chemical from different angles.

A formulator may focus on performance.

A quality team may focus on test results and consistency.

A purchasing manager may care about price, lead time and supply stability.

A logistics department may need clear DG classification and transport documentation.

A distributor may require documentation suitable for several downstream customers.

The product may be the same, but the questions are different.

Part of our job is understanding which questions matter to the customer in front of us and provide professional advice.

A Compact Team with Clear Responsibilities

Our Hefei office currently has around 12 people.

The team is intentionally compact, with close communication between international business, key account management, product and supply chain coordination, production and quality assurance, export documentation and logistics.

We do not believe every issue should be passed through several layers before someone takes responsibility for it.

Chemical business moves more smoothly when the people handling the product, customer, quality and shipment can communicate directly.

We will introduce the BLi-T Chemical team and organizational structure separately in the future.

    We Take Chemical Supply Seriously

There are many chemical companies in China and around the world.

We do not think the best way to describe BLi-T Chemical is to say that we are the biggest, the leading company or the most professional supplier.

Customers eventually make that judgment through daily work.

    Was the specification checked properly?

    Was the sample representative?

Were the raw materials and batch information understood?

Did the COA match the product?

    Was the packaging suitable?

    Were dangerous goods handled correctly?

Were the documents prepared on time?

And when a problem appeared, did someone actually take responsibility for solving it?

These are the things that matter to us.

BLi-T Chemical was established in 2017.

Members of our core team have worked in chemicals and international trade since 2009.

The company has changed and developed over the years, but the basic approach remains simple:

Understand the chemistry. Control the details. Take responsibility for the supply.

That is the kind of chemical company we are continuing to build.
